I really liked this clean, sweet story.
There were some battle scenes but they were tastefully done.
The plot reminded me a bit of The Scarlet Pimpernell, which was not a bad thing.
I'm always pleased with Jennifer Moore's books. She definitely does a lot of research and puts a good amount of history in her stories.
There was just one loose end which wasn't tied up by the end and I wonder if that is because we will read about it in an upcoming book :)
I really liked this one, too. And though I can't recall now what the loose end was, I do remember thinking it was set up for a sequel. Not that the main characters' story wasn't nicely resolved--just potential for another story line to be developed.
