Absolutely Recommend!

I loved this book!
I am such a fan of Joanna Politano!
She has such a way of telling a story and this one did not disappoint!
Clever, mysterious, exciting...this one kept me up late into the night and made me cry multiple times...that's just what she does :)

I would absolutely recommend this without hesitation because it is perfectly clean too!  Such a rare combination these day!
And it's a series!!!

I actually didn't expect to enjoy this book as much as I did!
I believe this is the third in a series but it is the first I have read of the series and I'm tempted to go read the other two now.  I had forgotten what a good author Joanna Barker is...she is talented.  I wanted to keep reading because of the way she writes.  The storyline was good too...always love some mystery and intrigue!  However, because she is so good with words, it also made the love scenes a little too well described for my taste, hence the {Too Much Passion} rating.  Nothing was inappropriate in the book but again, the kissing and the feelings were a little too detailed :)
I could recommend this book and do whole heartedly if based on the story alone.

I have concluded that I'm not much for fairy tale retellings...I don't know why but I guess I just don't get very excited about them.  That being said, this was a fine book with absolutely nothing objectionable in it it told the tale in a cute way.  I just found myself pushing myself to finish it so I could move on to something else.  I wish that weren't the case...I like Sian Bessey's writing...just not my genre.
However, I can easily recommend this to someone who does enjoy the fairy tale genre :)

I feel like I usually fly through books like these...fast paced and eager to see if I'm right about who is guilty...but for some reason this one was a little slower.  It was still good and I liked the characters but it took me a little longer to get through it than with similar books.
Nothing offensive so I can still give it a squeaky clean thumbs up and can definitely recommend it!

Great book!
(I think the only reason I didn't give it four stars is because of my next sentence)
I don't always follow her writing super well...she's a little cryptic in my opinion sometimes...but it doesn't bother me too much because I think it is just a combination of her brilliant writing and my simple brain.
Very unique story as always from this author which I very much appreciate!  A little bit of mystery and romance along with a good dose of faith.
I objected to nothing as I recall...will easily recommend!
