To Capture His Heart

{A little too much kissing for me but not necessarily passionate}

I haven't had much time for reading lately so it took me quite a while to get through this book.  However, I don't feel like that should be a bad reflection on the book itself.
I liked the plot...it was a bit different that the usual which is always nice.
The romance kind of reaches its climax a little earlier in the story than most so that might have been why I felt like there was more kissing than I'm used to...there was more of the book in which to do it :)
Anyway, it was a good read, fun mystery and interesting tidbits of knowledge.
I would easily recommend this book!

Meriden Park

I have to admit this one didn't really grab me :(
I was hopeful since the main character is Indian and therefore, it didn't necessarily have the usual regency plot.
It was still a fine book but just didn't jump out at me as being amazing.
A little slow but sweet.
I could easily recommend it as there was not anything that was offensive but it won't be the first one that comes to mind when suggesting a recent great read.

I am so excited to share this book!
I had high expectations because I liked her last one so much and this one did not disappoint!
Politano brings together victorian asylums and early music therapy in this novel.
It was fascinating, intriguing, haunting and beautiful!
I cannot think of anything I objected to in this book.
Of course, the subject matter could be a bit depressing at times but that is the only thing I would warn people against...a little dark and sad.
However, if you feel you can handle that, then this is a must read and I recommend it with no other reservations!

I was expecting to take a long time to get through this book but it was a surprisingly quick read.
I loved that there were several characters that we were following throughout the story.  Klassen is good with building her characters and making them unique and lovable.  There were a few {Uncomfortable Moments} but they were not terrible.
I am really excited to continue reading this series and find out what happens to each of the Summers Sisters.  However, the next in the series doesn't come out until December so I hope I can remember each of the characters and be able to pick up their stories again easily.

I will be quite honest, I was worried when I realized this book contained not one, but two penny dreadful stories within the main story line.  I was concerned I wouldn't be able to remember what was going on and keep everything straight in all the different tales as it jumped around.  It proved to not be that much of a problem...although, after finishing it, I am a bit confused as to how one of those penny dreadfuls connected to the main story.
The storyline was interesting enough with good characters as always.
The end is what got me though!
Such a twist!
And, you find out the identity of a character she has kept you guessing at through the entire series.
I am excited about reading the next installment later this year!

This story was sweet and enjoyable.
I am excited for this new series about the Huntresses!
Sarah Eden has such a talent for writing.  Even if most of her plots are predictable, the wording and characters are just so clever and fun.
I can easily recommend this book and look forward to the next one in the series!

I thought this was a really sweet, clean romance.
The one kissing scene was just the tiniest bit too much for me...but probably just for me.
The problems seemed to get cleared up a little too neatly and easily at the end and it also ended somewhat abruptly for me.  I needed some kind of epilogue or something.  However, those are my only critiques...it really was a nice novel.
I could recommend this without a problem.
