A Revolution of Hearts

***

PG (there is a murder)

Could Recommend but Probably Won't

I had no problems with this book morally, however, I did find it kind of hard to get into and a challenge to keep track of all of the characters.  It just didn't seem to flow for me and following the storyline with so many different names floating around made me not love the book.

I could recommend this book based on cleanliness but probably won't since it was not a favorite.

A Midnight Dance

****1/2
PG

Definitely Recommend

This was magnificent!!!
There were so many things I loved about this book.
For one, Joanna Politano is a beautifully talented author.  The picture of her at the end of her books makes her look like she's in her late 20's/early 30's but her writing is so mature.
I also really like how she brings God into the story...He is actually quite a main part of the story.
There is so much mystery and multiple plot twists.
The only thing I can complain about is the culture of the theater.  It is expected that the ballerinas be "sponsored" by mature, male patrons.  Part of the greatness of the main character though is that she is adamant that she not give up her moral character.
I WILL be recommending this book to friends!

Not Sure if I Could Recommend

I liked this story...it had more depth to it than a lot of other "clean" romances.
It was really fun learning about the early days of Yellowstone Park as well.
I did not appreciate all the {Uncomfortable Moments} though...and there were a lot of them.  There were all different sorts too...sometimes a book will have multiple {UM} of a certain type but this one was all over the place.  I don't know that I would feel good about recommending this one although it was an interesting once through read for me.
