Back to Sarah Eden and the Jonquils...
It was a joy to reread this one...as is the case with the whole series.
I love the characterization of this brother with his shyness and unassuming ways.
There was nothing objectionable, of course, in this book.
I can easily recommend this one with no hesitation.

This was a cute story!
I liked the characters and plot (even though it wasn't a super complicated one)
I am a few days late posting about it though so my memory of the content has somewhat faded.
However, what I do remember was clean...I don't even recall any Uncomfortable Moments :)
I believe this is the first of Jennifer Delamere that I have read but I would be interested in reading the next books in this series and could recommend this one without hesitation.

I really love Elizabeth Camden's writing.
She always tells a fascinating story that weaves in with real historical events.  This new novel was no exception.  However, a lot of her stories lately include characters with {Back Stories}.  In this book, one of the main characters has a minor backstory that does not play much into things but a minor character has a major backstory that does come into play.
There were one or two {Uncomfortable Moments} and a couple of times where the Lord's name was used in vain {Language}.  Overall, it was an interesting and fun story that kept me reading.
I might be able to recommend this to those who are not bothered by the type of things mentioned above but I am not be able to give it a squeaky clean review.

Harry Potter (1-7)

So I finally took the time to read the Harry Potter series...
I must say I thoroughly enjoyed them!  Not that I didn't expect to but it was really fun to be immersed in that world for a few weeks and watch the movies with my family as I finished each book.
I will say though that there was more swearing {Language} than I expected :(  The first three books had very minimal but it seemed that as the kids got older, Rowling figured they should be using "older" language.  That was really disappointing.  I wish I would have started from the beginning and crossed out words as I read.  But it wasn't until book 7 that there were a few instances of words stronger than h*** and d*** that I really did scribble.
There were also many {Uncomfortable Moments} but I guess I expected those.
Overall, my feelings were positive but I wish I could purchase an edited version of the books like I was able to of the movies.
