The Highwayman's Letter

Would Probably Recommend

I ended up liking this book more than I expected to.  The storyline was playful and fun.  The characters were well developed and enjoyable.  I don't know why I thought it would take me a while to get through it (purely based on the cover) but I read it quite quickly.
My only complaint was that there was just a little too much description for me in the kissing scenes {Too Much Passion}.  Everything else though was quite clean.
I think I could feel good about recommending this book to others.  I am also interested in reading the rest of the Sons of Somerset series.

Jane Eyre

Will Recommend

I have always loved this story but have never read the book.  Recently I had a hankering to do so.
I loved it!
Now, there was a little bit of {Language} and not just offensive language but extremely flowery language.  At times I didn't quite catch what Ms Bronte was trying to convey but I enjoyed the antique wordage anyway.  I reveled in the classic tale and the dark storyline.
Mr Rochester also has a bit of a wild past {Backstory} but changes his ways and Jane is steadfast in her morals and is ultimately rewarded.
This makes me want to go read some other classics!

Crossed Lines

Could Recommend

This was a fine book.  The only problem was I felt like it was so focused on the love story...like overly so.  It was a little too sappy for me.  I don't remember feeling like the first book in the series was like that but as always, it could depend on my mood/state of mind while reading.
It was very clean...I don't think there was anything in it that I objected to other than just too much flowery love talk :)
I will be interested to read the next one coming out in 5 or 6 months but in the meantime I don't think I will be recommending this one only because it didn't really hold my interest.
