This is number 8 in my quest to read 10 non fiction books this year. Technically, I started it a couple of years ago when Andy gave a copy to me and all the kids and wanted to read it together. That lasted for a few chapters but things happened and we never finished it together so I pulled it out from my drawer it's been sitting in for many a month and decided finishing it would count toward my non fiction goal.
Honestly, it's a very good book. One of the things that kind of bothered me a bit was some of the stories just seemed too good to be true...how things worked out so well by using the strategies proposed. I don't doubt that these things can happen but man, these stories that prove his points are just so plentiful! Anyway, I shouldn't let that bother me but there you have it.
They really are good suggestions though in working with people and I can easily recommend this book!
